Complaints procedure
If you are unhappy with the services or products supplied to you, first discuss the matter with the member of staff with whom you dealt with. If you are still unhappy, ask to speak to the pharmacist. If this fails to satisfy your complaint then in the case of a NHS matter, you should contact your local Primary Care Organisation. Act 2000
From Jan 1st 2005 all pharmacies are obliged to respond to requests about information that it holds about NHS pharmaceutical services (Freedom of Information Act 2000). Ask your pharmacist for the Publication Scheme and a complete guide to the information routinely made available to the public. |
